High profile criminals have no hiding place in Imo -CP

Everest Ezihe || Basking from the euphoria of arresting the 7 man high profile criminals and kidnappers today Tuesday, the Commissioner of Police Imo State Command-Barr. Chris Ezike has vowed to deal decisively with criminals identified for high profile crimes in the State.

CP Ezike said this while talking exclusively to Alabingo.com  at the Command Headquarters shortly after his men briefed him on the gallant outing that saw three of the men dead while four with serious bullets injury were arrested with their sophisticated ammunitions.

According to the soft-spoken Commissioner of Police, “Due to strategic and proactive policing, Imo State had a peaceful Christmas and New Year celebrations but heaven let loose in the middle of this January. However, luck ran out of them as we employed co-ordinated technically intelligent support, we were able to make one or two arrest that gave us a leeway.

Then, through constructive investigation we were able to have a breakthrough, unfortunately, three of them were sniffed out of life when they were about opening fire on my men. The 7 man gang has been dislodged and arrested, those alive are singing a new song in our cell” he boasted.

The Police boss further revealed that his men will soon be hard on those vehicle owners using covered plate numbers and tinted glasses.

He pointed out that criminals always avail themselves of strategies that will ease their operations and thus why most of them use Police and Army uniforms, tinted glass and unregistered plate number for their operations.
