Ebun Francis || Security details attached to the governor of Rivers State and the Minister of Transport Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi on Saturday clashed along Trans Amadi Road, Port Harcourt.
Both the governor and the Minister have since released statements blaming the other for the ugly incident.
