The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) on Tuesday said it has removed Governor Willie Obiano as its Board of Trustees Chairman (BoT)
The wife of the late Biafran warlord, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, Bianca was also removed alongside others
The decisions were taken at the party’s National Executive Council (NEC) meeting in Awka, the Anambra state capital following the expiration of the four year term of the BOT members.
The party also announced that it’s National convention will hold on the 31st of May at the Prof Dora Akunyili women development center in Awka.
The Ward and Local Government Congresses of the party would hold on the 19th and 21st of May while the State and Zonal congresses are to take place on the 23rd of May.
Earlier while addressing the NEC meeting, governor Obiano expressed the readiness of the new national assembly members elected on the platform of the party to support the developmental agenda of the Buhari administration.
