The Federal High Court in Abuja, presided over by Justice Taiwo Taiwo, on Monday, granted the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s prayer to freeze the operational account of the state domiciled in a new generation bank.
The judge, which adjourned the matter to September 3, urged the commission to put the party concerned on notice of the order within 21 days.
