Fatoyinbo urges court to dismiss Busola Dakolo’s defilement suit, demands N50m

The embattled senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo, has asked the FCT High Court to dismiss the suit filed against him by Photographer, Mrs Busola Dakola.

The suit according to him, is incompetent and frivolous.

Fatoyinbo has also asked the court through his lawyers for the award of the sum of N50 million as damages.

It will be recalled that two weeks ago, Dakolo, in a writ filed on her behalf by her lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi and Co of Law corridor, demanded that Pastor Fatoyinbo should publish a letter of apology in the front page of at least two national newspapers and two national television stations for seven days running consecutively for defiling her.
