By our reporter| Kwara state government on Friday confirmed that the state has recorded five new cases of the novel coronavirus.
The state governor, Abdulrazaq Abdulrahman, who made the disclosur via his verified twitter handle, advised the state residents to stay safe.
The governors tweet read, ”We have 5 new confirmed Covid-19 cases in Kwara. Please, everyone, keep safe”.
”Together, we will overcome this”.
With Friday’s confirmation, Kwara now has nine cases of the highly contagious COVID-19.
