By our reporter| Nigeria’s First Lady, Aisha Buhari, returned to the country on Saturday from medical treatment in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and called for improvement in the country’s health sector to reduce foreign medical trips.
In a statement she personally signed and seen by Alabingo.com., the First Lady urged healthcare providers to take advantage of the Federal Government’s N100bn credit support for the health sector in order to ramp up capacity.
She also thanked Nigerians for their prayers and well-wishes and also extended gratitude to the men and women of the Nigerian Airforce who facilitated her journey back to Nigeria.
Mrs. Buhari’s, Alabingo.com had earlier reported left the country on August 8, fot the United Arab Emirate for medical attention over persistent severe neck pain.
