By our reporter/ The Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday nullified the participation of Senator Andy Uba in the November 6 Anambra Governorship Election.
Presiding Judge, Inyang Ekwo in a ruling held that Uba was never a candidate in the election having emerged from an illegally conducted primary election by the All Progressives Congress (APC).
