The All Progressives Congress (APC) will commence the screening of its presidential candidates on Monday, and it will end on Tuesday.
A total of 23 presidential candidates are expected to participate in the screening exercise.
However, the name of former President Goodluck Jonathan, heavily rumoured as the consensus candidate of the ruling party is conspicuously missing from the list.
A northern coalition bought the APC presidential expression of interest and nomination forms for him, but the former president had denied approving the purchase.
Felix Morka, APC spokesman, had earlier said 28 presidential forms were purchased, but three persons, Chris Ngige, minister of labour; Timipre Sylva, minister of state for petroleum: and Godwin Emefiele, governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), did not submit their forms.
