Our reporter/ Former governors Nyesom Wike, Nasir El-Rufai, and David Umahi made the list of ministerial nominees submitted to the Senate on Thursday by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The list read was read on the floor of the upper legislative chamber on Thursday afternoon by Senate President, Godswill Akpabio.
The Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila presented Tinubu’s ministerial list before the Senate at exactly 01:19pm.
According to the Senate President, the list was dated July 27, 2023 and titled, ‘Request For Confirmation Of Ministerial-Nominees.
Akpabio said additional nominations would be sent to the Senate in due course.
He thereafter read the ministerial list with 28 nominees.
