Our reporter/ The Supreme Court on Thursday challenged the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Atiku Abubakar challenging the September 6 judgment of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal.
The court struck out ALL witness statements, the issues of Guinean passport and $460,000 forfeiture, calling the evidences an AMBUSH on the respondents (INEC, BAT/Shett and APC).
