The Federal Bureau of Investigation [FBI] has filed new sworn declarations concerning President Tinubu in federal court in Washington.
According to a statement by Von Batten-Montague-York, a policy advisory and lobbying firm based in Washington,
FBI again confirms that its search was specifically for records concerning Bola Ahmed Tinubu and reiterates that the records retrieved involve a drug-trafficking investigation, controlled drug purchases by a cooperating witness, federal grand-jury proceedings, and electronic surveillance.
The statement stated that the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys goes further to confirm that records concerning an Assistant U.S. Attorney’s prosecution plan and grand-jury targets exist.
“A prosecution plan is a prosecutor’s strategy for pursuing potential criminal cases, including assessments of “possible charges.” This document, if released, could confirm allegations that President #Tinubu ratted out his co-heroin traffickers and became a government witness” the statement concluded.
