There was an unexpected twist in the case involving notorious kidnap suspect, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, aka Evans as a federal court in Lagos on Tuesday failed to deliver Judgement in the suit seeking for the fundamental rights enforcement of the Enugu state born Kidnapper.
The court which had earlier fixed Tuesday to deliver its judgment adjourned the case to September 5 to enable counsels argue why he should not deliver its Judgment.
The trial Judge adjourned the case following new applications by the Police seeking to set aside the delivering of the judgment.
