Ebun Francis || The Lagos State government says it will arrange notorious billionaire kidnapper Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, aka Evans before Justice Hakeem Oshodi of the Lagos High Court, Ikeja on Wednesday.
The notorious Kidnapper was arrested in the Magodo Area of Lagos earlier in the year by the Inspector General of Police special anti robbery and kidnapping squad following months close monitoring.
Justice Abdulaziz Anka had earlier on Tuesday adjourned delivering judgment the N300m fundamental right case filed by the suspected kidnapper to September 5, 2017, at the instance of the Commissioner of Police Legal counsel, David Igbodo who turned up in court with an application claiming that the Inspector General of Police (IGP) and the Nigerian Police Force had not been party to the proceedings and the court could not go ahead with judgment without hearing from both parties.
Lagos State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Adeniji Kazeem is expected to lead the prosecution.
