Ebun Francis || Ayodele Fayose, the Ekiti State governor on Thursday formally declared his intention to contest the 2019 Presidential election on the platform of opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The Ekiti State governor made the declaration despite opposition from his party who said they have zoned the position to the north.
Fayose made the declaration at Chelsea hotel Abuja, flanked by Fani Kayode the former spokesman for the Goodluck/Gambo presidential campaign.
