Ebun Francis| The ruling All Progressives Congress has rejected Thursday’s judgment by the Federal High Court in Yenagoa to the effect that the party has no candidate in the Bayelsa State governorship election scheduled for Saturday, November 16.
At a press briefing shortly after the ruling, the party said it would appeal the judgement.
The APC further stated that its lawyers were already working on the processes to first secure a stay of execution.
