Buhari: I rate Saraki, Dogara ”Very very low”

President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday said there is no justifiable reason for the national assembly to delay the budgets for seven months while stating that he rates both Senate president Bukola Saraki and speaker, Yakubu Dogara, “very very low”.

The President who made the disclosure while speaking in an interview with Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), accussed the national assembly, led by Saraki and Dogara of holding Nigeria to ransom for seven months without passing the budget.

He said, “They were not hurting me, they were hurting the country.”

According to the President, the national assembly wanted to show they were the government and not the executive.

On the performance of the service chiefs, Buhari said he still expect more from them and promised to continue to do his best for the country.

He also disclosed that the degradation of Boko Haram gave him the greatest happiness in the past four years.
