Fayose in face-to-face meeting with Buhari

Ebun Francis || Ayodele Fayose, governor of Ekiti state and fierce critic of President Muhammadu Buhari, met face-to-face with the president at the villa on Thursday.

The controversial opposition governor was at the Villa to attend the Council of State meeting.

President Buhari summoned a meeting of the Council of State to deliberate on key national issues.

In attendance were former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, former military leaders Yakubu and retired General Abdusalam Abubakar attended the meeting.

The meeting, which started at 11 a.m, also had in attendance, Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, four former Chief Justices of Nigeria, Senate President Bukola Saraki and state governors.
