Ekiti state governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi has approved the appointment of Prof Edward Olanipekun, as the new Vice-Chancellor of Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti.
Olanipekun, a professor of Chemistry, is former Dean, School of Post Graduate studies of the University.
In a statement on Tuesday, Yinka Oyebode, the Chief Press Secretary to Governor, Fayemi, said Olanipekun’s appointment is with immediate effect.
