Ebun Francis || Popular music star, David Adeleke, aka Davido has once again denied having anything to do with the death of his friend Tagbo Umeike who died under mysterious circumstances on Tuesday.
The music had earlier washed his hands off his friend’s death following earlier accusations but a new twist was added to the drama of Tagbo’s death on Wednesday when the Lagos State Commissioner of Police in a press conference said that Davido was being economical with the truth over the circumstances surrounding his friend’s death.
Despite the latest development, the Dami Duro singer maintains his innocence.
He wrote on his platform, “Lies everywhere due to respect for Tagbo and his family, I haven’t spoken about this issue since.
“Soon a statement and footage will be released, enough is enough.
“God bless you guys!!! everyone be safe.
“My heart is pure and the world knows, please God keep my heart the same.
“Plese don’t give me a change of heart Lord, I shall remain a giving being.”
