JUST IN: Virtual court sittings constitutional, Supreme Court rules

By our reporter| The Supreme Court on Tuesday struck out suits by Lagos and Ekiti states, challenging the legality of virtual court sittings.

The apex court in a unanimous judgement written by Justice Olabode Rhodes-Vivour declared that virtual court sittings are not unconstitutional as at today.
