Ebun Francis| A federal high Ccourt in Kano on Thursday set aside the FCT high court suspending Adams Oshiomhole as the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In a ruling by Justice Lewis Allagoa, the court ordered the police and Department of State Service (DSS) to provide security for Oshiomhole to resume in his office.
It will be recalled that Justice Danlemi Senchi, of the FCT high court on Wednesday granted an order of interim injunction stopping Oshiomhole from parading himself as the APC National Chairman.
Oshiomhole has since appealed the judgment at the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division.
