Naira’s glory will be restored soon – Pastor Adeboye

Our reporter/ The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, on Sunday assured Nigerians that the naira will soon become stronger.

The revered cleric, who during RCCG’s monthly Thanksgiving service, themed ‘Uncommon Miracles,’ said those glorious days when the naira was stronger than the dollar would return.

“The days when the naira will be stronger will come back; those glorious days will return. When that happens, you will know,” he proclaimed, Adeboye said.

The cleric said God granted him unusual testimonies, some of which many people couldn’t believe.

“Miracle is totally unusual. God can give you a miracle that will be difficult to share,” he added.

The country’s currency, the naira has been on a free fall against the dollar since president Bola Tinubu’s swearing is as president on May 29.

Currently, the dollar is about N915 and sells for N918 in the black market. The increasing rate of dollars has led to a high cost of living among Nigerians.
