Chidi Samuel| Nigeria on Wednesday confirmed 122 new cases of #COVID19 bringinging the country’s tally to 67,960.
The Nigeria Centre For Disease Control in an update via its verified Twitter handle late on Wednesday night said the new infections were recorded in eleven states and the FCT.
According to the data released by the NCDC, Kaduna state recorded 37 new cases, followed by Lagos-29, and Plateau-25.
Other states with new infections incude, Ekiti-9, Rivers-5, Ogun-5,
Edo-4, Kwara-4, Bayelsa-2, Bauchi-1, and Kano-1.
The health agency further noted 63,839 persons have so far recovered from the disease, with 1,177 deaths recorded.
