Chidi Samuel| Nigeria on Monday recorded 13 coronavirus-related deaths with 371 new cases reported across the country.
According to a statement late on Monday night by Nigeria Centre For Disease Control, the new infections were reported in 17 states and the FCT, with Lagos recording 102 new infections, followed by Enugu-65, Edo-56, FCT-23, Ogun-20, and Osun-18.
Other states that reported new infections include, Bayelsa-18, Rivers-15, Kaduna-14, Plateau-10, Oyo-8, Bauchi-7, Kano-5, Delta-4, Nasarawa-3, Niger-2, and Ekiti-1.
The NCDC further revealed that so far, Nigeria has 158,906 confirmed cases of the highly contagious disease with 138,502 recoveries and 1,982 fatalities.
