Chidi Samuel| Nigeria on Sunday confirmed 133 new cases of #COVID19 bringing the country’s case load to 61,440.
The Nigeria Centre For Disease Control in a Tweet via its verified Twitter handle also revealed that 56, 611 persons have so far recovered from the disease with 1,125 deaths recorded.
According to the health agency, the new infections were recorded in nine states with Lagos recording 90 new cases, followed by Rivers with 13.
Other states with new infections include, FCT-8, Kaduna-8
Oyo-6, Ondo-3, Katsina-2, Nasarawa-2, and Plateau-1.
