Chidi Samuel| Nigeria on Thursday confirmed 150 new cases of #COVID19 bringing the country’s case load to 62,521.
The Nigeria Centre For Disease Control which made the disclosure via a statement on its verified Twitter handle, said the new infections were recorded in nine states across the country.
According to the health agency, Lagos recorded the highest number of new cases with 89 infections, followed by Rivers with -19.
Other states with new infections include, Ogun-11, Bayelsa 9
Kaduna-8, Plateau-8, Taraba-3, Osun-2, and Delta-1.
The NCDC further revealed that 58, 249 persons have recovered from the disease with 1,141 deaths recorded.
