Chidi Samuel| Nigeria on Wednesday confirmed 155 new cases of the novel coronavirus bring the country’s toll to 63,328.
The Nigeria Centre For Disease Control which made the disclosure in a statement via its verified Twitter handle said the new cases were recorded in 10 states and the FCT with Lagos leading with 85 new cases.
Other states with new infections include, FCT-23, Ondo-18,
Ogun-8, Kaduna-5, Oyo-5, Taraba-5, Kano-3, Rivers-2, and
Bauchi-1.
The health agency further revealed that 59,675 persons have so far recovered from the disease with 1,155 deaths recorded.
