Nigeria confirms five new Covid-19 cases as toll rise to 214

By our reporter|Nigeria on Saturday confirmed five new cases of Covid-19.

In a Tweet on its official twitter handle, the Nigeria centre for disease control (NCDC), said the five new cases, 3 in Bauch and 2 in FCT, bring to 214 the number of confirmed cases in the country.

The Tweet read, ”Five new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Nigeria: 3 in Bauchi and 2 in the FCT.

As at 10:10 pm 4th April, there are 214 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. Twenty-five have been discharged with two deaths”.

The health agency further revealed that as at 10:10 pm 4th April, there are-

214 confirmed cases
25 discharged
4 deaths
