Former governor of Abia state, Orji Kalu, of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC), has won the Abia north senatorial election held on Saturday.
Orji defeated the incumbent, Mao Ohuabunwa, of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) having polled 30,580 votes to Ohuabunwa’s 21, 940.
