Embattled Senate Senate President, Bukola Saraki on Wednesday met with former President Goodluck Jonathan in Abuja.
Saraki, one of those who derailed Jonathan’s reelection bid in 2015, apparently met with the Bayelsa state born former President as part of his ongoing consultations for his rumoured presidential bid.
The Senate president had earlier visited former presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and Ibrahim Babaginda.
He equally met with chairmen of 45 political parties last week in Abuja.
Saraki who recently defected from the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC was accompanied on the visit by some PDP senators.
