Super Eagles on the verge of world cup qualification after draw with Cameroun

Chidi Samuel || Nigeria Super Eagles are on the verge of qualifying for the 2018 world cup in Russia following a 1- 1 the team played with the Indomitable Lions of Cameroun at the Ahmadu Ahijo stadium in Yaounde Monday evening.

The super Eagles playing in an all white outfit took the lead in the 30th minute of the first half through full back Moses Simon while the Lions scored the equaliser through a spot kick midway into the second half.

Some brilliant goalkeeping by the Nigerian goal keeper, Chukwu deep into the second half ensured that the match ended in a draw.
