Why Tacha was disqualified from Big Brother Niger

The Rivers state born housemate was sent packing after she had engaged in a fisticuff with Mercy, a fellow housemate.

Her disqualification was announced by Big Brother Niger via its official Twitter handle @BBNaija.

The tweet read, ”With ten days to go Tacha has been disqualified from the Big Brother House for physical violence”, #BBNaijah.

The saga that lead to her eviction started following the late arrival of Mercy after Seyi, head of the house, called the other housemates to come out to the lounge so they can read Biggie’s scroll.

Tacha took Mercy’s late arrival and rained abuses on her, a development that didn’t go down well with other housemates.

Tacha said,” You are a moron, remain there and don’t come out. clout chaser, old woman, you keep using your body to get everything you want. You have been using Ike to get what you want. You can’t stand eviction that is why you need Ike to help you.”

Responding Mercy said, “You are very stupid, you Instagram beggar. Go and treat your body odour before you talk to me, you stink. At least, I have a boyfriend (Ike) to get me what I want. What have your boyfriend done for you?.”

The confrontation eventually turned ugly with Tacha pulling Mercy’s hair in anger and she, in turn, picked up an electric iron to defend herself.

Mercy also punished by Big Brother with two strikes “for not stepping away from a volatile situation.”
