A second batch of 319 Nigerians fleeing from Xenophobic attacks returned from South Africa on Wednesday evening.
The returnees arrived on an Air Peace flight at the Murtala Muhammed International airport, Lagos, at about 7:21 p.m.
Details of the flight were contained in a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Nigerians were initially billed to return on Tuesday but their flight was delayed over landing permit for the Air Craft and documentation of the returnees.
The latest returnees join the 178 Nigerians air lifted back to the country by Air Peace last week.
The chairman of Air Peace, Allen Onyema, was earlier on Wednesday commended members of the house of representative at their plenary.
They also recommended Onyema to the Federal Government for a national honour and adopted Air Peace as their official Airline.
The South African government has also condemned the attacks over the weekend sent a peace envoy with an official apology to President Muhammadu Buhari.
