There seem to be a widow of hope for Passengers of Arik Airline stranded across different airports in the country as a result of suspension of operations by the company. Information available to Aabingo indicates that the Airline will resume full operations today. The Managing Director of Arik Airlines, Mr Chris Ndulue confided as much to Senator Ben Bruce-Murray who then broke the news on his twitter handle @benmurraybruce. “I assure you Arik will be back in the air tomorrow”, Mr Ndulue was quted to have said.

It will be recalled that the airline was having difficulties renewing its insurance cover documentation which lead to delayed and cancellation of flights and subsequently suspension of operations.

The airline later issued a statement to announce temporary disruption to its operations.

“Arik Air, West and Central Africa’s largest airline has alerted all air travellers of a temporary disruption to its operations, pending approval of aircraft documentation related to insurance renewal,” read the statement, issued by Ola Adebanji, the airline’s spokesman.
