A federal high court in Abuja on Thursday ordered the arrest of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
Justice Binta Nyako issued the order for the arrest of the fugitive IPOB leader, citing his continued in court.
Justice Nyako also revoked the bail which the granted Kanu in 2017, and directed the proceeding will still continue even in his absence.
The Abuja high court in April 2017 granted Kanu who is standing trial for alleged treason bail for health reasons.
The IPOB leader subsequently flouted all his bail conditions and eventually escaped from the country after the military invade his country home in Afara- Ukwu, Umuahia North, Abia State.
