Ebun Francis || Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, aka Evans, the notorious billionaire kidnapper standing trial for alleged kidnapping at the federal high court, Lagos has file application through his lawyer to be released on bail and his case granted an accelerated hearing.
Evans and five others are being tried on numerous count charges bordering on kidnapping, conspiracy, and murder.
His bail application was, however, opposed by prosecuting counsel Titilayo Shita-bay, describing it as confusing, conflicting and abuse of court process.
