Meawhile, Gambia’s Army chief, Ousman Badjie says he will not order his men to fight Senegalese troops if they enter te Country. The AFP quoted te army Chief to have said, ” I am not going to involve my soldiers in a stupid fight”.
President elect Adama Barrow has told the people of Gambia that Jammeh’s Presidency is officially over. in a tweet in his tweeter handle, Barrow said, ” The Presidency of Yahya Jammeh is officially over. the new era of Gambia is here at last.”
