The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), in apparent response to Nigeria Army’s military Exercise, tagged ”operation python dance” declared last week in the South East on Tuesday declared its own exercise, tagged ”Operation David Dance”, ostensibly to counter the Army.

According to a press statement by the group in Awka, Anambra State, signed by IPOB’s media and publicity secretary,  Emma Powerful, IPOB urged its members to exercise caution in dealing with security agents as God will not allow them to be exterminated.

Part of the statement read,  “IPOB worldwide advises the people of Biafran and IPOB members to be sure they don’t fall victim in the hands of the pharaohs’ soldiers called operation python dance in the south east.

“The IPOB devises a means of operation David dance which is recognized by the God Almighty in the Bible.

“It was the dance that gave David victory against Goliath at the battle front because God Almighty does not sleep.

“We are also aware that the world knows that the annual report from Amnesty international against the cold blooded killing of unarmed members of IPOB in Nigeria by the security agents are correct and even the soldiers knows that the reports were correct.”

“IPOB is properly organised group which adopted nonviolent approach towards the realization of God project and truth.”
