Chief Ken Nnamani, the former Senate President and one of the better known Peoples Democratic Party leaders in the South East has decamped to the All Progressives Congress. Nnamani announced his decision to decamp from PDP on Sunday, after registering as a member of APC at his home in Amechi- Uwani, Enugu South LGA, of Enugu State.
Nnamani is currently the head of the Electoral Reform Committee set up by President Muhammadu Buhari to overhaul the Nigerian Electoral system.
The former senate President was welcomed into APC by some leaders of the party in the zone, including Vice Chairman, South-East, Mr. Osita Okechukwu, Director General Voice of Nigeria and chairman of Enugu State chapter of the party, Dr. Ben Nwoye.
