The National Assembly has passed into law the 2017 budget estimated to cost N7.441 trillion.
The appropriation committees of both the Senate and the house of Representative presented their harmonised reports and the appropriation bill was subsequently passed.
In December 2016, President Buhari Presented to the joint session of the house a budget estimated to cost N7.30 trillion.
