Police arrest 7 persons in connection with British Parliament attack

Seven persons have been arrested by the British police in connection with an attacker who killed four people and injured 40 at the British Parliament on Wednesday.

The latest figures, on Thursday, noted that four persons, including the attacker were dead with 30 other persons with various degrees of injuries.

Mark Rowley said that police had combed several parts of London, Birmingham and other parts of the country in search of suspects connected with the attacker.

“It is still our belief … that this attacker acted alone and was inspired by international terrorism.

“At this stage we have no specific information about further threats to the public,” Rowley said.

Victims of the attack included two members of the public, a policeman, and the attacker.
