Celebrity photographer, Busola Dakolo, who accused founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of rape has finally filed a formal complaint to the police.
According to The Nation, Busola Dakolo filed a formal complaint with the police on Thursday.
It will be reacalled that Busola in a video interview last week alleged that Biodun Fatoyinbo raped her when she was 16 in Ilorin, Kwara state.
Following outrage and protest by civil society groups last Sunday in Abuja and Lagos branches of the church, Fatoyinbo, who has since denied the allegation, decided to step aside as head pastor of COZA Church.
Busola Dakola is not the only woman that has come out to accuse the COZA pastor of sexually abusing her.
On Thursday, another young lady and former member of COZA (name withed) in an interview that has also gone viral accused Fatoyinbo of raping her in 2017.
The lady currently identified with alias X alleged that the embattled pastor raped her in his home outside the shores of Nigeria.
Also, last week, Nollywood actress Stella Damasus, alleged in an Instagram post, that a close friend of hers was equally sexually abused by Fatoyinbo.
With this development, the police are expected to commence an investigation into the allegation.
