Mr. Francis Bolaji Odesanya, the Rivers State Commissioner is dead. Odesanya was said to have died this morning in an Indian hospital of Kidney failure.
The late Rivers Police Bos was posted to the State in July 12, 2016.
He joined the Nigerian Police Force on February 2, 1986, as a Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police and rose through the ranks to the position of Commissioner of Police.
