Our reporter| Senate president, Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan on Monday lost the battle for the Senatorial ticket of Yobe North Senatorial District on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC.
In a judgement delivered in Abuja, the Court of Appeal affirmed Bashir Sheriff as the authentic candidate of the APC for Yobe North Senatorial District of Yobe State.
