The sultan of Sokoto Sa’ad Abubakar 111, and president-general of the Nigeria Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA), on Wednesday while receiving Nigeria’s musical sensation, 2face Idibia at his palace, stated that hail awaits suicide bombers and would be suicide bombers who shed innocent blood in the name of Islam. According to the monarch, both Christianity and Islam preaches peace among their adherents and abhors shedding of blood..
“Religion is a personal choice of an individual. Therefore, nobody can force any religion on anybody. Suicide bombers are going to hell,” the Sultan said.
He urged 2face to continue using his talent to promote peace and peaceful coexistence among Nigerian youths and advised youths to ignore selfish preachers and politicians who would want to use them to realise their inordinate ambitions
