Supreme court adjourns Imo Guber verdict to Tuesday

Yusuf Bello| The Supreme Court has adjourned till Tuesday, March 3, it’s hearing of the application filed by, Emeka Ihedioha, the Peoples Democratic Party’s Candidate in Imo State challenging the verdict that affirmed Hope Uzodinma as the duly elected governor of the state.

Emeka Ihedioha is asking the apex court to set aside its judgment of January 14th.

The apex court adjourned proceedings on Monday following an application filed by Kanu Agabi, counsel to Ihedioha.

Agabi informed the court that, Imo state governor, Hope Uzodinma served with some processes and that he will need time to respond.
