The court of Appeal sitting Abuja, the federal capital territory has quashed the october 14th judgement by justice Abang of the Federal high court Abuja which declared Bar Jimoh Ibrahim as the PDP candidate for Ondo state Governoship election scheduled for Saturday November 26th 2016. In a ruling this afternoon, Justice Saulwa of the court of appeal, declared that the primary that produced Jimoh Ibrahim as the PDP candidate is a nullity.
